Hello my name is Jimmy Bank and l am a chef. I work at a famous restaurant in the city. I have been working in the same restaurant and cooking delicious food for almost ten years. I love cooking and seeing people enjoy the food I cook. I love it when they come and tell me how delicious the food was. The restaurant I work at is a traditional Turkish restaurant, so I only cook traditional Turkish dish. The most preferred dish is ‘Karnıyarık’. It is made from eggplant and mince, it is very tasty and goes really well with Turkish rice. The least preferred is ‘Mantı’. I guess it is not as preferred because it is made out of dough and is fattening.
